TeleEye Group celebrated its 15-year anniversary with a wonderful birthday banquet for its customers, business partners and employees.

The 15th anniversary celebration banquet was held in Grand Ballroom of the Royal Plaza Hotel in Hong Kong on 19th June, 2009.

There were over a hundred guests attended the banquet. Other than cocktail reception and a wonderful dinner, TeleEye Group also prepared several games and a lot of presents for guests, including the grand prizes CX784 Video Recording Server and NX173 Network Camera.

The celebration dinner was ended with great success and fun. All the guests had a wonderful and memorable time at the event. Highlights of the events can be found here.

TeleEye Group, Sidney Chan Successfully Finished
Boston Marathon 2009

Sidney with his TeleEye flag in the crowd before the marathon starts. With over 500,000 spectators on the street, it makes the marathon like a carnival!

At the starting point of the marathon, Sidney showed his TeleEye flag with different national flags behind him.

Sidney Chan, from TeleEye, successfully finished the 113th Boston Marathon in April 2009. This year, there were over 22,800 participants joined this world's most well-known road racing event. With the support of TeleEye colleagues, Sidney arrived Boston in the mid of April to prepare for this big annual sporting event. Finally, Sidney finished the total 42.195km race in 3:21:45.

Sidney said, ''I felt different sporting events' customs and atmosphere during the race. This is really an unforgettable experience for me!". "While enjoying the support from over 500,000 spectators along the race, I felt the passion of sports. I look forward to have a better performance next year!", he added.

Brioni National Park in Croatia

The Brioni National Park possesses beautiful natural sceneries. Powerful TeleEye systems help to safeguard the area.

Six DM590 Series speed domes are deployed on different islands of Brioni National Park.

The Brioni National Park in Croatia is one of the most preserved landscapes around the globe. In order to protect the national park, TeleEye CCTV monitoring system is deployed in the area.

Brioni National Park possesses an area of 7.42 sq. km with extraordinary biological diversity. The non-polluted area provides a fantastic habitat for different creatures. With such a large area, the Park needs a powerful CCTV system to secure the site.

Six DM590 series speed domes (PTZ) are located on different islands of Brioni National Park and they are connected to four RX364 video recording servers. All RX364 are connected to the fire station through wireless LAN. Operators in the fire station monitor various sites simultaneously with TeleEye WX-M16 monitoring software 24 hours a day. Upon an event, they take immediate response to minimize the damage caused.

Spokesman of the Brioni National Park said, "Our Park needs a video solution for fire protection and overall surveillance of the surrounded sea. We have tested many different solutions and found TeleEye provided the best performace. The rate of reported mountain fire was reduced after deploying TeleEye CCTV monitoring system."

With TeleEye proprietary Multi-stream Video Compression Technology, SMAC-M, which outputs 5 independent digital video streams at different bit rates, NXR Series allows users to set their frame rate and recording resolution independently. In other words, users can record high resolution video and view perfect live images simultaneously.

Recording Videos from up to 64 TeleEye NX Devices in One PC

NXR Series has three models: NXR-16, NXR-32 & NXR-64, which support 16-, 32- & 64-channel Recording Server respectively. While normal monitoring software can only record a few devices at a time, NXR Series allows users to record videos from up to 64 TeleEye NX devices in one PC.

Due to powerful multi-stream coder SMAC-M, NXR Series can record longer than H.264 and MPEG-4 on ADSL. At the same time, magnificent video quality can be maintained. Maximum recording frame rate is 200/240fps at D1, and 400/480fps at CIF.

TeleEye Bosnian Partner Sponsored Slobada Women Basketball Team in Serbia

Slobada Women Basketball Team in TeleEye jersey. They are playing around Serbia, including Sarajevo, the capital city of Serbia.

With the support from TeleEye, Slobada Women Basketball Team performed very well in 2008. They are looking forward to having a better result in the next season.

TeleEye Group has always been keen on supporting meaningful events around the world. Other than sponsoring charity event from Oxfam and Orbis every year, TeleEye Bosnian partner (Newsanatron) sponsored a young and potential women basketball team.

The team, named "Slobada" (means freedom), is a newly formed women basketball team from Novi Grad, a Northern city in Serbia and Herzegovina. Team members are young and full of energy. In order to show support to the young talented players, Newsanatron (TeleEye Bosnian partner) sponsored the team with essential equipment.

With the support of TeleEye, Slobada Women Basketball Team finished the Serbian Basketball League 2008 in a satisfying position - 2nd runner-up.
