Step 1. Register sureLINK address at web site



Register sureLINK address at TeleEye's web page (www.TeleEye.com). At the index page, click "Customer Login".

Step 2. Input customer login and password



Input login name and password. If you have not registered yet, you may sign up for a new account.

Step 3. Select sureLINK Registration



After login, you will be redirected to the home page of customer support. Click "sureLINK Registration" in the page.

Step 4. sureLINK Address Registration



You may register new sureLINK address for your transmitter by clicking (1), or browse the registration record by clicking (2) .

Step 5. Registration information



Input a sureLINK address (Domain Name), your Transmitter Serial No. and Registration Code in the fields provided respectively. Then click the Apply button. The process is then completed.

Step 6. Associated Transmitter Modification



Since the sureLINK address corresponds to a single transmitter, if you change from one transmitter to another one, you have to inform us to update our database record. To do this, click (2).

Step 7. Select sureLINK Address



Select a sureLINK address you want to modify.

Step 8. Associated Transmitter Modification



Input the Old Registration Code, New Transmitter Serial Number and New Registration Code at each field provided. Click Modify button to submit the form. If the above procedure is completed successfully, the sureLINK will be effective immediately.
